  Do not purchase a mattress from this company! After a long period of research, comparison and reviews we went and purchased a king size mattress (the second best firmest mattress they had) and box springs from this company in 2013 for more than $1100. We put our faith in the reviews and consumer reports and thought we had a good deal. Little did we know after 18 months our mattress went soft and we spent the next 18 months waking up to aches and pains. This was after going through all our schedules of rotations and flipping of the bed. After discussing this with an original mattress rep we discovered that there was nothing they could do. The warranty only applies to manufacturer defects and of course we receive the reply that all mattresses get soft after a while but in our opinion not after 18 months. So after owning a mattress prior to this one for 10 years we are now researching for a new mattress after 3 years. Let the buyer beware.
