  Save your time and energy and just go to office depot (better customer service) which is in the next shopping plaza. Had to go to Staples a few times and in just those few times, something always went wrong. It's understaffed, things don't get done on time as promised, they want you to pay for their mistakes... the list goes on! Good luck with trying to get someone on the phone with the copy and print dept. Will never go back.

  Needed business cards in a hurry so went there despite reviews I saw. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Cards done on time and looked as I ordered them.
